✅ Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Downloadable digital products (unless faulty).

  • Items on clearance or marked “final sale.”

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.

  • Returns initiated after the refund window has expired.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us with photographic evidence at karen_eatonyork@hotmail.com.

📦 Return Process

  1. Email us at karen_eatonyork@hotmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility.

  3. If approved, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions.

  4. You must ship the item back within 7 days after receiving return instructions.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.

  • Contact your bank or credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
